It was an impulsive decision to look for a new car but they made everything clear, smooth and most importantly never any hard selling - a big fear I had walking into a car dealership.

Usually after sales issues you find yourself fighting to get repairs done on a vehicle that you've only just bought, well not this place absolutely outstanding aftercare sales from Andy, nothing was to difficult for him, and the constant communication letting me know what was happening with the car was everything you'd expect from someone with his background. After getting the call that the car was ready for collection, he treated it like I was picking the car up for the first time. The Car was again highly polished and looked like it had come of the production line. Outstanding effort and a credit to the business.

After seeing the advert, with very high spec, low mileage and a high quality video of the vehicle I decided to call. I spoke with Jonathan over the phone, he was really helpful, clear and honest. He answered all my questions and arranged the finance ready for collection.

I travelled over 2 hours to collect and was not disappointed, the car was immaculate. Jordan arranged everything during the handover, he let me test drive on my own and allowed me plenty of time to look over the car with absolutely no pressure. I was also impressed that even the owner (Joe) came to say hello and make sure I was happy with the deal.

Having worked in the motor trade for close to a decade, it's refreshing to see that genuine vehicle sales companies still exist. My experience purchasing my BMW M4 from Oakdene has been nothing short of A1 from start to finish.

I would like to express my concern regarding the Range Rover Vogue I purchased at the end of March from oakdene collection. On September 22nd, I brought the vehicle to Group1 Land Rover Derby for servicing. Following the service, the car began experiencing an underboost fault. Despite nearly a month of investigation, Land Rover was unable to identify the issue. They then sought technical assistance from Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), who dispatched a technician to inspect the vehicle. The technician discovered that the car had been remapped and the DPF had been removed from the car's computer system. It appears that Oakdene Collection sold me a car with these modifications, and they are currently not accepting responsibility. I believe they should have thoroughly inspected the car before the sale. Prior to this, the car had other issues, such as cracked wheels, which were replaced, and an airbag light that kept illuminating, which was eventually fixed. However, this situation seems to be significantly more serious. Land Rover costing me now £5150, make sure you check your car properly before facing huge costy issues from this garage.

From start to finish Tom Hill my sales exec was honest and professional. He was informative but not pushy. The overall experience of viewing and purchasing the car was a positive one. I did purchase the extended warranty but I was not pushed in to it.
After purchase there was a small issue with the oil ( too much) Oakdene asked me to take it to a garage I trusted where the mechanic sorted it and Tom had the money transferred to me for payment immediately. My experience up to now has been nothing short of excellent and I would recommend highly.

Amazing experience! Having struggled with private sales, I found Oakdene Collection, which was 4 hours away, but having seen their reviews and they had the car I wanted (BMW 440 convertible) I was confident. I was confident in their confidence also as they supplemented 50% of my train ticket to get up there. After the first call, I was always put through to the same person for continuity, and Jordan Price helped me out a lot. It came with more features than I expected, including a tow bar, which has turned out to be more useful that I originally thought! There were a few minor issues with the vehicle, some of which I only noticed after having driven away, but all have been rectified retrospectively through a garage closer to home - but paid for in kind by Oakdene.I love the car and I hope it keeps me this happy/entertained for as long as I have it!Thank you!

The photos and video of the car on their website were to a very high standard and Jordan was excellent responding to calls and messages promptly. Lovely car that was reasonably priced
I was a little nervous using a click and collect service but it was pretty seamless from start to finish. There were no heavy sales tactics and our sales guy Dan was responsive and helpful. I bought a Porsche 718 Cayman and on the day of collection the car was ready and waiting in the showroom. We had an unaccompanied test drive and simply asked if we wanted the car - again no heavy sales pitch. There were some stone chips on the bonnet that weren't visible in the video or pictures, and the alloys have some blemishes that have been painted over, rather than fully refurbed. However, the car is a 67 plate and was £5.5K cheaper than the same model, spec, and mileage as one I was looking at from the Porsche garage. The car had also been MOT and serviced. We've only had the car less than a week so can't comment on their after sales assistance but based on my experience so far, I'd happily buy from them again and recommend them.

Recently purchased a Range Rover Vogue from Oakdene Collection, dealing with Tom. From the moment of submitting my enquiry about the vehicle via autotrader, the service has been great, even allowing me more time to keep the car reserved and the opportunity to sell my car privately for more than the offered trade in price.

When arriving at Oakdene the car was in prestine and ready to drive away condition. All documents relating to the vehicle were reviewed thoroughly with Tom before then allowing us space and ample opportunity to inspect and test drive their vehicle in our own time. Received a pleasant service at all staff levels, everyone was really friendly and supportive especially with having a young baby with me.

I've had the car over a week now and I've been really happy with it, I love it. I haven't had to use their after sales service so I can't comment on this and I hope I have no reason to use this service but I was promised the same standard of service and support should I need to and I was reassured of this by their Sales Manager which i really appreciated. He provided his details and I was happy with the discussions we had prior to leaving and driving away.

I hope to remain happy with this vehicle and see them in a few years time to upgrade to a newer Land Rover model.
